Technology :

We utilize 3-Axis Machine Centers to produce parts drawn by VisiCAM Surf5 and AutoSurf. We can import DXF/IGES files to ensure authenticity of your idea.

Our prototypes come in 2 types: Presentation Model: for a fully painted and "trade show" quality finish of the exterior surfaces including texturing and decal. Engineering Review: for accuracy and GS, UL testing/approval.

Typical tolerances for parts is ± 0.1 mm overall and ± 0.02mm for critical parts. Unlike Rapid Prototyping, Surface smoothness of the CNC machining prototype can satisfy rotation and slide evaluation.

Materials :

We support a wide array of materials cater for the high demand of your task. Among them are ABS, PC, Acrylic, POM, RTV Silicon and Pheonic composite. (Simple sheet metal parts can also be arranged.)
