Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends

Thomas the Tank Engine and his friends made a special effort to come to my Big Three Birthday Party (2 July 1995). Dad has invited them over, all the way from England by way of Chicago, USA:

Annie and Clarabel are the earliest to arrive at Ariel's birthday party, followed by Bertie the Bus....

Remember the race between Thomas and Bertie, and once when Bertie helped out, Thomas became needlessly jealous? Still good friends after all!... Yes, yes, go see the race in action again!

Edward may be old but he's certainly strong for all the important journeys.

Wish you Percy be more careful and not take the plunge as you did last time!

In America, he's Sir Toppem Hatt, to be PC-compatible.

And in high spirits hurries James from afar to join Ariel's Big Three Party, just in time!
